Information
James J. and Mary Edith Rhoades Scholarship Fund
Annual scholarships will be awarded from this fund to Schuylkill County High School seniors planning to further their education. To qualify for a scholarship, a student must meet the following criteria:
- Be a senior who in the year of application either has or will graduate from a public or private high school located in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, or a senior who resides in Schuylkill County and who in the year of application either has or will graduate from a public or private high school not located in Schuylkill County,
- Plans to attend on a full or part time basis an institution of higher education, including but not limited to two and four year colleges and universities, community colleges, business, or trade or vocational school, and
- During his or her high school career has exhibited a commitment to education, citizenship and community.
